Enter your pet's 15-digit microchip number and we'll check it against the register first. It takes a second and it saves you filling in anything twice.
Digits only, and spaces are removed automatically. A microchip number is always 15 digits. You'll find it on your implanter's paperwork, your vet's records or the chip's barcode label.
Your implanter recorded the chip when they fitted it. You create a keeper account and confirm the details they entered.
The chip has a keeper on our register, so you sign in instead. Changing keeper is a transfer, not a new registration.
We tell you which UK database holds it and send you there, since that's the record that has to stay current.
Haven't had your pet microchipped yet? Dogs across the UK and owned cats in England must be microchipped and registered by law. Find an implanter through your vet, then come back with the number. If you're an implanter, breeder or welfare organisation, choose a different account type instead.
