Evidence for review

Every implanter application is checked by a member of our team. Attach your training evidence and photo ID so we can verify you before your portal is unlocked.

Training or qualification certificate

PDF or a clear photo, up to 10 MB. Veterinary professionals can attach their RCVS registration instead.

Proof of identity

Passport or driving licence, up to 10 MB. Cover any details you don't want to share, we only need your name and photo.

I confirm I am trained and eligible to implant microchips under the Microchipping of Cats and Dogs (England) Regulations 2023, and I will provide evidence on request. I accept the Terms of Service and have read the Privacy Notice.
